With the exception of the initials and names on the Free Games High Score board, Star Mountain Studios does not collect any personal information from any of its visitors no matter what age they are, whether under 13 or over 13 years of age.

The initials and names on the Free Games High Score list are not used by Star Mountain Studios for any purpose other than as an indicator of who has the highest score in the game nor are they distributed to any third parties under any circumstances whatsoever.

Star Mountain Studios does not collect or retain the email addresses of individuals that contact the company. Star Mountain Studios also will not request personal information in response to any inquiries.
